Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in our Columbus, OH office. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the growth of our business by building relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other potential clients to drive new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Title One USA’s services.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, title services, mortgage, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and title industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
